How Processing Credits work
Every plan includes a monthly Processing Credit balance that is consumed when the platform runs a workflow or an AI agent acts on your behalf — extracting an invoice, sending a reminder, processing a bill, or answering an AI assistant query. Allowances scale from 500 credits/month on Free up to 16,200 credits/month on Lead, with custom volumes on the Custom plan.

Follow-ups can go out by email, call, and WhatsApp. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express; Scale and Lead also support ACH bank transfers, and Custom plans can be invoiced on net-30 terms.
