OCTA Pricing — OCTA Core & OCTA Flow Plans
OCTA offers two products, each with its own pricing. OCTA Core is the AI finance automation platform for finance teams: Starter (free), Growth ($49/mo, or $41/mo billed annually), Scale ($199/mo, or $166/mo billed annually), and Enterprise (custom). OCTA Flow is the AI operating system for accounting and bookkeeping firms, with plans at /pricing/flow. The pricing page opens on OCTA Flow by default; the OCTA Core tab is at /pricing/core.

- Growth: $49/mo (or $41/mo billed annually) — everything in Starter plus 3 user seats, automation workflows, custom payment method integrations, and $49/mo in included AI credits. Best for growing businesses with 80 to 100 invoices and workflows.
- Scale: $199/mo (or $166/mo billed annually, most popular) — everything in Growth plus 15 user seats, NetSuite and Odoo integrations, HubSpot and Salesforce CRM integrations, e-invoicing, and $199/mo in included AI credits. Best for high-growth companies processing 300 to 400 invoices and workflows.
- Enterprise: Custom pricing — custom AI credit allocation, unlimited user seats, custom accounting and CRM integrations, dedicated onboarding and support. Talk to sales.

- Starter: $450/mo or $4,500/year — 120 tasks/month, up to 10 users
- Practice: $990/mo or $9,900/year — 300 tasks/month, up to 15 users
- Firm: $2,500/mo or $25,000/year — 800 tasks/month, up to 30 users
