We just made it easier for enterprise teams to manage customer relationships at scale.
With our latest update, you can now link customers to their respective account owners — giving your team more control, more clarity, and a cleaner workflow.
Here’s what’s new:
✅ Customer-to-Account Owner Tagging
Assign specific account owners to customers, so responsibilities are clear and performance is trackable. No more guesswork about who’s handling what.
✅ Account Owner Global Filter
Use the new global filter on your dashboard to instantly view data related only to the customers you own. This helps teams stay focused and reduces cross-team noise.
✅ Account Owner Reports
We’ve added a dedicated Account Owner First report in the Reports section. This gives account owners a tailored view of how their customers are performing — from AR to reconciliation and beyond.
What’s next?
We’re introducing a dedicated ‘Account Owner’ user role. This means account owners will only see platform data for the customers they’re tagged to — perfect for large teams managing hundreds of accounts.
